The Q Collective works with regional, human systems to turn challenging climate or environmental issues into common opportunities. 

We do this through our unique physical-digital approach to making sense of difficult issues and constructing sustainable solutions which involve many actors, sectors or industries. 

The Collective works with a diverse network of tradespeople, innovators, technologists, advocates, entrepreneurs, public servants, and technical experts who are engaged to solve problems. 

Often, these people can be found in your region but aren't always known. One thing we do is build relationships. 

Otherwise, our core team is a small group of committed people working from and for Hawai'i in our free time. 

No, we're not. 

The Q puts it's skin in the game and prioritizes relationships. That means that we don't put forward solutions we're not willing to work, invest in or operate some part of ourselves. We don't make pitch decks and walk away. If something doesn't work, we adapt and try again. 

No hard problem is solved in a year, let alone overnight. So, the Collective is built to work with you on problems over time and have a direct stake in your success.
